1. Digital Products

• Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of presets, courses, and guides are final and non-refundable.

2. One-on-One Sessions

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

3. Exceptional Cases

• If you experience technical issues preventing access to a product, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
